Duties:

Duties:
* Build and maintain relations with current clients, develop new client base. Cooperate    with third party agencies and clients, develop business growth.

Duties:
* Develops property listings through sphere of influence, by actively engaging    in community activities and meeting people, relocation leads, Internet leads, phone    opportunity leads, and more.
* List property by examining property and recommending improvements that    will increase value while shortening marketing time; doing a market analysis to    help determine a selling price; come up with a marketing strategy to help sell the    home; assist the homeowner in reviewing a written offer and once accepted, helping    them have a smooth transition and closing.
* Develops buyers from agents sphere of influence, open house leads, relocation    leads, intern leads, community activities, phone opportunity    leads, advertisements, and more.
* Closes sales by understanding buyers' wants and needs; listens to the buyer and    finds listings that match their criteria; makes the appointment and shows properties    to buyer; research information about the property to help buyer make an informed    decision(road projects in the area, restrictive covenants for a neighborhood,    etc.); writing and delivering offers on their behalf and once accepted helping the    buyer make a smooth transition and closing.
* Develop a keen understanding of the market and keep abreast of any changes    through the analysis of market data, school redistricting plans, transportation plans    and more.

Requirements:
* Good communication ability orally and written in Japanese - equivalency of Japanese    Level One. Proficent in Japanese computer software.
* Can work under pressure, good teamwork, and positive work attitude.
* Experience in top grade leasing is an advantage.
